Is there a delivery charge?
We offer FREE delivery on orders of £100 ex vat or more – UK Mainland Only
Standard delivery only applies to mainland UK and excludes weekends
Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following day
We will endeavor to offer 24/48 hour deliveries on all orders processed before 12pm on the day of ordering.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight will incur a surcharge once the order has been processed.
Orders less than £100 will have a small charge of £8.49 applied to the order.
We may in some circumstances be able to offer a Saturday or even a Sunday delivery.
A surcharge will be added upon confirmation and agreement between Swash and the client.
Cut-off times for ordering and delivery
Orders that require Next day delivery will need to be placed before 12pm noon, in order for goods to be delivered within 24/48hrs
We do not deliver on Bank Holidays, but your order will be scheduled for delivery on the next available day.
Goods will be delivered to the address and delivery points that you specify when placing the order.
On the day of delivery
On the day of delivery please ensure that someone is waiting to receive the goods at the specified delivery point. Our drivers will unload the goods from the vehicle and will need a signature to confirm that your delivery has been received.
Missing or Late Deliveries
If we foresee that your order is going to be late, due to adverse weather or traffic conditions for example, we will always endeavor to contact you to notify you of the delay.
Incorrect / incomplete / damaged deliveries
If you find that your order is incorrect, incomplete or damaged please contact our Customer Services team within 2 working days on 020 8166 5921. They will investigate and keep you fully informed whilst the matter is resolved. To discuss any concerns about the way in which goods have been packed or unloaded, please contact our Customer Services team.
In urgent cases, we can arrange for same day deliveries or timed deliveries using our vehicles, subject to authorisation and an additional charge.
Our Returns Policy
Unopened products, faulty or damaged stock can be returned to us free of charge (at our discretion) and we will issue a full credit. Should you have stock that needs to be returned please contact us within a 7 day period.
If the goods have been opened or damaged once in your possession, you can still request for the goods to be returned but there will be a charge for collection.
Please note: the product category and length of time that the goods have been kept by the customer will determine if a return and credit can be authorised. You should notify us within 7 days of the goods being delivered to you in order for a Returns request to be considered.
